A knock and then the sliding of the door opening woke me. I lifted my head to see who had just come into my room. Maximus, who was lying beside me fast asleep, as well, shot up out of bed growling something fierce.
“Oh hush boy, it's your mother.” The Luna snapped at him as the door clicked closed behind her. I just groaned into my pillow as I turned away from her. It was too early to deal with this.
“Your father is going to be here any minute, you need to get ready.” She said as she tossed some things onto the bed.
“Should I meet him with you today?” I asked through the bond.
“You will meet him today, but not yet.” Maximus said back through the bond. “Out so I can get dressed.” He snapped at his mother.
