Chapter Fourteen Someone was tickling her face. No, something. Soft and bushy and fast. Like an animal. A tail? She opened her eyes and immediately, the soft thing disappeared - and with it, a pressure on her chest that she hadn't even realised was there. "Leave the arnap alone, children," someone said from the other end of the- the tent? She slowly sat up, swallowing down a bout of vertigo. Yes, it was a tent, a rather large one. It seemed to be made from animal skins sewn together, and the floor wasn't a tarp but an assortment of furs. It was nice and soft and surprisingly warm.
