LOLA'S POV
It's been two days since I resumed as Andrea's secretary. I have been receiving unnecessary tasks like getting him coffee, which he never drinks, and him calling me into his office to hand him a file that is already on his desk.
I felt totally pissed off. He never spent 30 minutes without stressing me out, and I was so angry because I couldn't go against his orders.
The telephone rang, and I picked it up immediately. I went into Mr Andrea's office as he sat down on the couch in his large office, staring at me as I walked in.
“Pick up that file.” He instructed as I walked towards the desk. I picked it up, thinking he probably had some work for me.
“Now, hand it to me.” He said, and I just couldn't believe him. He had called me in here, just for this?
I gripped the file hard as I handed it to him, heading out of the door.
“Wait,” He said, calling me back.
“Don't leave when you have not been dismissed.” He said as I walked back in.
“Look at those files over there,” He said as I stared at a heap of files on a corner in his desk.
“Go through them and make the necessary corrections before the end of today. I have sent the emails to your system. You also have to head out to the clothes and fashion section the moment you are done, and find out which fashion piece is in high demand at the moment. Do that as a customer.” He concluded as I stood still in shock.
I knew I had felt like my job was useless as I had nothing to do, but I would never have imagined that I would get this great heap of work all at once.
There was hardly a way to finish this before the end of today. And I still had to head to the clothes and fashion department to check out clothes?
I felt pissed off and angry.
“Okay sir,” I replied grumpily, picking up the large stack of files.
I got to my desk and dropped them, hitting my feet at the buttom of the desk.
“Wicked and heartless jerk!” I muttered, getting to work.

Hours Later
I had just finished going through the truckload of files, and I couldn't be happier. I sent the edited copies to Mr Andrea's mail as I stretched my body. I had been sitting for long, painful hours. I felt so tired, and my back was killing me.
I walked into his office and informed him that I was heading down to the clothes and fashion sector. He dismissed me with a wave of his hand without even glancing up at me, as I left his office.
I picked up my bag and headed out of the office building, clocking out with the reception, who glared at me with angry eyes.
I don't know what her exact problem is, but I couldn't care less because I still had some work to do.
I walked past the food and beverages sector and into the clothes and fashion sector.
They were all a line of buildings right beside the main office. I walked into the first store and was welcomed warmly.
"Hello, good evening ma'am, you are welcome to GV fashion store." A beautiful lady greeted me.
"Thank you, please, can I find out the best fashion piece for this week?" I asked politely, hoping to get useful information from her.
"I'm sorry ma'am, I'm not in the position to know that ma'am, but I will quickly refer you to the right channel." She said, leading me into the main store.
She pointed at a light skinned lady who was sitted at the far end and informed me that she was in charge here.
I walked down happily to her, grateful that I was making headway with my task.
"Hello ma'am. Please, I would like to find out the fashion piece that is high in demand for this week." I said, and she looked up, eyeing me from head to toe.
She stood up and came towards me as the click of her shoes rang continuously.
She was an average and plumpy light skinned lady. She looked at me disdainfully as she strode towards me.
"The fashion piece of the week? Who wants to know? You? Can you afford it even in your dreams?" She said rudely, and I felt embarrassed.
Mr Andrea had instructed me to go in as a customer, but that didn't seem to be playing out well.
"Are you always this rude to your customers?" I asked, feeling totally pissed off.
"My customers? Of course not. The people who walk in here are wealthy elites that can actually afford our fashion piece, and not some wanna be .. like.. yourself." She said rudely, giving me a disgusted look.
Was she for real right now?
