ANDREA'S POV
It was just an hour left for our wedding, as the day had brightened up.
I was feeling totally disappointed at failing to find Lola, whom I looked for throughout the night. I felt totally drained and tired as I hadn't rested a bit since Lola went missing.
I had run out of options, and it seemed like Lola had totally disappeared.
For the first time in a very long time, I felt totally lost.
I couldn't understand how my men couldn't do a task as little as finding Lola Erikson. This had never happened before, so what was going on now?
I got into the house, and I didn't bother to turn on the lights. I walked to the couch to sit down when I suddenly landed on a human body.
"Aaah... who the heck are you?" I screamed, scrambling to my feet and rushing towards the switch.
I turned on the light only to behold the shock of my life!
It was Lola Erikson in flesh and blood, standing right in front of me, with only an hour left to our wedding.
What had happened? How did she get here? Who kidnapped her?
I had so many questions to ask, but before I could ask any, I got a call on my phone. It was Dad calling, and I had to pick up.
"Andrea.. I have placed a call to the Richards to prepare their daughter Anna.. because you must get married today. You can't bring shame to our family." He said as I smiled happily.
"There will be no need for that Dad, Lola and I are getting ready for our big day, and we can't wait to tie the knot." I said happily, staring at Lola, who looked totally dishevelled. Her hair was scattered, and her clothes looked ruffled up, but she still looked as beautiful as ever.
"Why didn't you inform me that you were back to your senses?" Dad yelled, but I didn't care one bit.
He had made the plans, and he should settle it himself.

We got ready to move out to the wedding venue. I got into the dark blue tuxedo, white shirt, dark blue bow tie, custom-made wristwatch, and everything my Dad had carefully sourced from the best designers around the world. Lola got into her custom-made wedding gown and all the accessories that had been prepared for her and came into the sitting room where I was waiting for her.
I was blown away by her beauty. She looked so gorgeous and explicably beautiful. From her beautiful long hair, which she styled beautifully to how perfectly the wedding dress stuck to her.
"Shall we?" I said, holding on to her hands as we moved out of the house.
I couldn't imagine the shame and embarrassment my family and the Good Ventures would have faced if Lola didn’t manage to find her way back here. The press would have had a field day.
We got outside and saw the drivers and guards my dad had already arranged, lined up behind a fleet of cars. I felt genuinely happy that the day was finally going as planned.
We got into different cars, as our entourage moved to the wedding venue.
Prime Hall - the biggest event centre in Canrany, proudly owned by the Peters.
We went in through the back gate to avoid being seen because the front gate was already jam-packed by dignitaries.
I was taken into my dressing room. Some guards stood at the door, as renowned artists in the beauty field did some finishing touches to my appearance.
Lola was probably getting the same treatment right now. It was already time to work down the aisle and exchange our vows.

I stood on the stage, right beside the priest, as the bride walked in. My eyes were glued on her as she gently walked down the aisle with a veil covering her face. She got to where I was and stood in front of me.
We exchanged vows, and the crowd of dignitaries echoed their cheers. Lola's voice sounded weak, but she still did her best to fulfil her own part of the deal. We had a lot to discuss about her kidnap after this ceremony.
"You may now kiss the bride," the priest said as the guests cheered loudly.
I pulled up the veil and revealed the bride to the guests as her face was still unknown to them.
"Are you ready?" I whispered to her, and she muttered a yes.
I pulled her in for a passionate kiss as the crowd cheered us on.
it was the beginning of our contract marriage.
