Chapter 33: Alpha Confrontation
(Ethan's POV)
I never expected the person secretly helping Samantha would be Hector Grayson.
Through the glass window, our eyes met. He stood on higher ground, looking down at me with an indifferent expression, like a man surveying his territory from an elevated position.
If it was him, I wasn't surprised. Years ago, I had visited the film set in disguise, hoping to surprise Samantha. I happened to see the two of them filming, and while Samantha quickly left the scene, Hector gazed at her retreating form.
At that moment, he seemed to become the male lead in the drama, deeply infatuated with the female lead. That look was all too familiar to me; no one understood Samantha's allure better than I did.
