Tamara “Get the book of Trials from North today.” Those words from Earth echoed in my mind as I walked back from the woods and headed straight toward the main pack house. My feet carried me up the familiar stairs and down the quiet hallway until I reached the door of the Alpha office. I did not want to push but Earth made it clear that I needed this information. I raised my hand and knocked softly on the door, waiting for a moment before pushing the door open and stepping inside the room.
