“Did you give her the letter?” I asked Archer when he came back from seeing the girls. We were right down the hall in the hotel that was next to the barn that Summer and Jordan were having their wedding. Ray booked the place as soon as she found out they eloped but why she had to pick somewhere beyond the hills and mountains, almost six hours away is beyond me. The drive was annoying as f**k listening to the guys talk about utter nonsense. But I do have to say, Ray did a remarkable job at planning this thing. It’s a shame she quit the business. On the way in, I took a peak at the barn where the ceremony and reception are going to be and the rose gold and maroon color scheme worked well with the country vibe, enhancing the burlap and lanterns.
