The child retired to the rooms shown to him. Two servants and a governess waited to welcome him, washed him, and dressed him from head to foot and explained that he had almost three hours free before going down to dinner with the king and his brothers. Of course, he would have to change his clothes again for the occasion and would be back in time. Meanwhile he could do what he believed best and wander as much as he wanted through the castle.
" Be careful not to get lost though, Highness. It is not hard to get lost. I advise you to stay here for the moment, rest a little and explore your apartment. There are interesting things. See how many books for example. And if you look out the window from there, maybe you can see the sea.”
