"So do you think Veronica will come tonight?" Marcus asked and I shot him a glare as I dropped the ice cooler to the ground.
"Dude did you invite her?" I questioned.
His hesitation was suspicious and I rolled my eyes. "I invited the whole school man. It's the annual bonfire party...everyone comes to it." He stretched out his arms.
"Plus it would've been very weird of me if I didn't at least send her an invite but knowing Veronica, she might not even show up. She hates parties." He said and I bit down on my lips.
"Not the ones I'm at." Came a low mutter.
