I nodded my head slowly while feeling a strong wave of sickness come over me. “I understand.” I said softly.
“He is going to cause you pain.” she said in a gentle tone speaking so softly that her words were difficult to hear clearly.
She quickly looked over at the door with her eyes almost as if she was worried and frightened that someone might be listening to her conversation and could hear the words she was saying.
“Why is this happening to me? Why make me understand why he's interested in me! I just don't get it! Why would he want to hurt me?” I asked with my voice filled with a feeling of urgency and concern.
