The bus pulled up in front of a familiar medical center home.
I walked in.
"Hello Mr Asher, nice to see you again", the receptionist said smiling.
"Hello Rose", I said.
"Been a while since you visited", she is.
"I've been busy with work and all. Got the weekend off and decided to come say hi, how's she doing?", I asked.
"She's okay, she's taking her meds now and everything is stable", she said.
"Alright, I'll go say hi", I said and signed in and then went to her room
I knocked
Then opened the door.
"Hi mom", I said.
"Hi Asher", she is smiling and then sat up.
I dropped the flowers I got her on the table and then went to hug her.
"You decided to visit", she said.
"I'm so sorry been so busy with work", I said.
"That model is still stressing you huh?".
