Dakota’s P.O.V. “I love you too, Shea.” Those words flowed out of my mouth. I didn’t need to ponder it. I love Shea with my entire heart, no denying it. She is my best friend, the one I can tell her everything, and the one that loves me for being me. That’s where it gets complicated, though. A few weeks ago, the significance behind those words could be different. For now, it’s a love shared between two very close friends, love on the edge of becoming something else but can’t.
