Hardin's POV
I took the footage from Carl, my eyes scanning the whole thing playing right in front of me on the Chromebook I was holding, my gaze darting between the screen and the files still in my other hand.
"What's this?" I asked, my brows furrowing as I flipped through the rest of the footage.
"Someone tampered with my car's tyre?" I said rhetorically, because it wasn't really a question that needed answering—it was my reality, playing right in front of me.
"Apparently…" Carl paused, heaving a sigh, one brow raised. "Yes, brother." He answered somewhat playfully, but there was real seriousness beneath it.
"How did you get this?"
"Someone approached me and handed it over. Asked me to pass it along to you. Said you'd understand once you saw it," Carl replied.
