Chapter 14: Serious problems

Aiden put the last piece of baggage in his car, and opened the door for me. "Aw thank you mister" I giggled. "Don't get used to it." He mocked me back. "Alright, we are going to the families most know architect, he is the one planning our family house. He is a vampire, but he is pretty chill. Maybe he knows who hurted you" Aiden sounded seriously, I looked towards him and he didn't look like everything is fine. He was worried about something. Knowing he didn't like to be forced to answer, I let it be. He will talk about it when he is ready. "Alright here we are." Aiden said, while parking the car. He waited till I came out and slid his hand around my waist. Smiling, I slid mine around his too. And like that we walked inside this architect shop. 

The shop was really modern, it had a lot of windows and white and black walls. The walls were full of pictures of different types of houses, and trust me when I say, they looks so pretty. "Well, well, well if its is our dearest friend Aiden." we heard a voice coming from a office. When we looked towards the door, A man in his "30" walked out greeting Aiden. He was tall and had a well structured body, surprisingly he didn't wear a suit like many other business man would. He had dark brown eyes and red colored hair. He had some piercings in his ears, nose and mouth and his body was covered in tattoos. "Vincent, pleasure to see you again." Aiden walked up to him, giving him a handshake. "The pleasure is all mine Aiden." Vincent answered looking behind Aiden. "And who is this beautiful lady you brought with you." Vincent smiled towards me. " This is my girlfriend, Lucia. and I suggest you to keep your hands to yourself." Aiden pulled me close to him, giving Vincent that Don't-you-even-dare-to-touch-my-girl-or-you-die look. "Oh please, she is yours, im never going after other mans girls. I learned that the hard way." Vincent sighted hard. "Oh well, now come into my office, there are many things we need to discuss, and they aren't nice." Vincent said in a very low voice. Aiden nodded and we started to walk into his office. Vincent locked the door and rubbed his head. 

"So you know who hurted her, don't you..." Aiden said in a threatening voice. "I do know who it is and why he did it. Trust me, I already sent some  of my friends to find him." Vincent said, walking towards his chair and sat down, laying his legs on the table. "Who was it?" Aiden asked. "Rey Genoren" Vincent and I said at the same time. "What?!" Aiden jumped up, clearly being pissed. "Is that the f*****g classmate that tried to hit up on you when I was away?!" Aiden growled towards me.  "Aiden, calm down dear, please. Yes he tried to hit me up but I had you and I love you. I would never leave you for anyone." I stood, gently placing my hands on Aiden's cheeks, softly stroking them. Aiden breathed hard, but eventually calmed down and hugged me. "I'm sorry" He whispered in my ear. I looked up to him, giving him a peck on his lips and snuggled into his chest. " Well, well. Looks like someone was after all, able to tame the beast hmm" Vincent mocked Aiden from his chair. I grabbed Aiden closer, making him stop before he rips him apart. "Alright, alright sorry. But now, when we get Rey here, we of course gonna torture him for hurting an innocent and LIVING human, then we will find out some private information that unfortunately werewolves or human are not allowed to know. But I'm willing to take the risk for you." Vincent took up his cup and took a sip before talking again. Aiden's nose twitched, yea it was blood he drank. "Since this girl is special, both for what she is and what she will become. Everyone knows about her now, both vampires and other wolf clans. Your council and our council will be after her. I'm preparing you for the possible danger that might come." Vincent warned us. 

"what do you mean for what I will become?" I asked, starting to panic, looking back and fort between Aiden and Vincent. Aiden sighted. "There is something special about you, You are still pure." Aiden said, closing his eyes and placing his head on top of mine. "Ok, im getting confused right now. What is happening?" I started to panic even more, I felt fear creeping up on me. "Lucia, calm down its ok. Nobody will hurt you." Aiden pulled me closer, starting to stroke my hair, making me slowly calm down. Tears started to prick in my eyes, threatening to spill out. "Lucia, I can assure you, Aiden and his family and some of our closest vampire friends will protect you." Vincent assured me, while taking another sip of blood. "But now, lets get to the better type of business. shall we?" Vincent clapped his hand, smiling towards us and quickly changing the vibe in the room.

After a few hours of planning the house, I got really tired. "Alright now, we have to go. Somebody is sleepy" Aiden chuckled towards me, pulling me onto his lap and giving me a peck on the cheek. "Alright, I know at least what you want and need in your house so I will make some plans and send them over to you. then you can choose and send over whatever house you like and I will send people...vampires to build it for you as quickly as possible." Vincent packed his notes and drawings into a folder. "Alright, thank you again..." Aiden shook hands with Vincent. "and if you find Rey, call me." "You don't have to worry, Aiden. I will call you" And with that Vincent turned to me. " And you, you beautiful rose, it was a pleasure to meet you." Vincent put his hand on his chest giving a small bow. "It was a pleasure to meet you to Vincent." I gave him a smile. And then we left that place. 

"Are you very tired darlin'?" Aiden sounded concerning. "A little bit yes." I yawned. "Alright, I will go and buy some food from Mc Donald's, so you can eat something real quick. sounds good?" Aiden asked gently stoking my tights. "yesh, sounds good darling."  I answered, trying to stay awake. "You are so adorable, honey. So it will be the typical, Chicken Nuggets and some Mc chicken burger?" Aiden parked in picked up his phone. "Yesh" I said, so close to falling asleep. "Ok, I'm right back." he gave me a quick kiss. and went to buy food. 

After a few mins, Aiden was back with chicken nuggets, some burgers and he brought two Oreo milkshakes. "You know, I don't like when you spoil me like this." I slowly opened the nugget box and started eating. "I will spoil you, either you like it or not. Every girl deserves to be treated like a queen. And since you are my babygirl, I will spoil you as much as I want." Aiden smirked proudly giving me a peck on the cheek. "mm, baby, will you feed me while we drive? so we get home soon as possible." Aiden asked before starting the car. "Sure thing, you big pup." I giggled, feeling the life coming back in me. And like that we drove home, well to his parents house. Aiden's brother helped us pack out my stuff, taking it to our room. "Go and take a shower and go to sleep baby. I need to go to the meeting." Aiden gave me a quick kiss before disappearing out of the door. 

I went into the bathroom, taking down my clothes and noticing marks on my chest and on the crook of my neck. I rolled my eyes, smiling. I turned on the shower, making sure it was hot before i went in and started to wash my body. When i got out, i looked at the scars Rey left on me. Why would he even do it, and who payed him to hurt me. i seriously hope it wasn't Charlotte and Hailey.

I put on Aiden's shirt and some underwear and snuggled under the covers and in a few minutes I fell asleep.
