Lucille froze in shock the moment she heard Louis deny that Greg was his son. I knew I found that guy suspicious, but I didn't want to think about it because he wasn't worth my time. But recently, with the way things were starting to play out, his connection with Lucille, and then him taking a bullet for Lucille's uncle, began to make me think about it.
Now hearing Louis deny him, I felt like my suspicions had been confirmed.
Lucille gradually sat back, her cheeks red, still trying to recover from the shock, but at the same time, her eyes held a hint of doubt. Didn't she believe what he had said?
