It took me less than five hours to get back to the Moonclaw pack. I didn't know what magic I had used in my car, but at that point, I knew I needed to speed up.
How I wished I had some telepathic skills, I could have gotten to the pack in a jiffy. Throughout my journey back, I was skeptical; my mind was occupied with many thoughts about what could have happened to Kesley. Sarah didn't drop a lot of details, but from the tone of her voice, I knew how helpless the situation was.
I drove speedily into Sarah's apartment and raced out of my car. Without pressing the doorbell, I pushed the door open and rushed to the apartment.
