LACHLAN'S POV
I couldn't believe the scene before me, Lucille was having an intimate moment with another man. My heart clenched in anger, betrayal, and something else that I couldn't decipher.
I glared coldly at them before leaving them to continue whatever they were doing. But just as I was about to take a few steps away from them, I heard Lucille call out my name as she ran after me.
“Lachlan, please wait!”
I was so angry that I paid no attention to her, and after her consistent calling and running after me, I turned around and glared coldly at her. “Why are you running after me? He is your mate after all, have fun.”
“Lachlan, I can explain…”
“Explain what? You owe me nothing, Lucille. It's your life, you can live it the way you want.” I said, gritting my teeth.
