Royal Alpha Emerald

PROLOGUE

~EMERALD~

Being in the Royal Family is hard. People expect you to be always perfect. Perfect little Emerald. Well f**k that. 

All my life I was being trained to be an Alpha and rule the werewolf kingdom as soon as I turn eighteen. 

In two days, I am going to take my rightful position. If you ask me, I am not at all nervous. It was my goal to become an Alpha as soon as possible and no one can get in the way of it. 

"Princess, Alpha wants to see you" says my soon-to-be beta Justin trying to tease me. He turned eighteen a month ago but cannot actually become beta until the Alpha title is given to me. 

"Coming Justy" I say rolling my eyes and he just laughs. 

I go down the stairs around the huge mansion. My father's office is on the ground floor and all the Royal quarters were on the top floor which was the 4th floor. The  3rd floor is for the royal beta's and 2nd floor is for the royal gamma's. The 1st floor is the guest floor and no guest is allowed on all the royal floors. 

I reach his office and knock on the door. "Come in" says my father and step into the office. My mom is sitting on the couch that is 

in the office and my dad is sitting in his usual place that is behind a huge desk. 

"Emery, do you know why we have called you here?" He asks. 

"No, why?" I ask with concern. 

"The Rogues are planning an attack on your inheritance day and as you know it is a very holy day and we cannot get interrupted in the middle of the ceremony. So we have decided to talk with the council and you will inherit the title today" my father says with sad and concerned eyes and my mother.

"But today is a full moon. You know what happens if I someone gets an Alpha title in a full moon" I say. Basically if someone gets the title in a full moon then get bounded by the moon. They will shift into their wolves on a full moon even though they don't want to and go blind with rage. The only way to control them is their mate. 

"Yes, I know but you are not just a werewolf Emerald. You are a hybrid. Your witch side will protect you and when you unlock your vampire side on your 18th birthday it will be easier" he says and my mother nods along with him. 

I look at both of them and sigh. "Fine. Let's do it" I say and I run up to my room. Let's get over with it. I just hope everything goes well.

Finishing Royal Alpha Blake was a goal and I finally did it. Now finishing this book is my goal. Thank you so much for all the love and support that I got for my first book.
