Alex's mind reeled. Victoria, the woman he'd trusted, was Emily's sister. Emily's eyes brimmed with tears. "I remember now. Victoria was always jealous of Father's attention towards me." Alex's grip on Emily's hand tightened. "We'll confront her together." Emily nodded, determination etched on her face. As they prepared to face Victoria, Alex received a chilling message: "Meet me at the old warehouse. Come alone." The message was unsigned, but Alex knew Victoria's handwriting. "Emily, stay here," Alex said, his voice firm. "I'll handle this." Emily's eyes flashed with defiance. "I'm coming with you." Together, they arrived at the abandoned warehouse, the air thick with tension. Victoria stood in the shadows, a sinister smile spreading across her face. "Welcome, siblings," Victoria sneered. "It's time to settle old scores." Victoria's eyes gleamed with malice. "You think you're so perfect, Emily? Father's little darling?" Emily stood tall, despite the venomous words. "What happened to our parents, Victoria?" Victoria's smile twisted. "You really don't remember, do you? Father was going to cut me out of the business. I had to protect myself." Alex's eyes widened in horror. "You set the fire?" Victoria shrugged. "I did what needed to be done. And now, I'll finish what I started." Emily's voice trembled. "You're not my sister. You're a monster." Victoria's face contorted with rage. "You'll never prove it. I've covered my tracks too well." Suddenly, a figure emerged from the shadows. "Actually, Victoria, you've made one crucial mistake," the figure said. Victoria's eyes narrowed. "Who are you?"
