Elara POV I woke up earlier than usual, long before the sun had fully claimed the sky. The room felt different, quieter, as though something had shifted in the night while I slept. For a moment I remained still, staring at the ceiling, letting my mind gather itself. The events from yesterday pressed heavily against my chest, but I refused to let fear root me to this bed. I had to prove myself. Not just to them. To myself. I pushed the covers aside and rose, moving with quiet determination.
