Liam's POV
I left Lana like she asked and instead went looking for my sister; I knew exactly where I would find her.
"Maya, it's not safe to be up here." I said, stepping onto the roof.
"Who does mother think she is, keeping us here? I don't want to be here!" Maya paced. She walked easily on the uneven ground.
"I know, but we are stuck here until she changes her mind."
"If it wasn't for our brother we wouldn't be here! That goody-two-shoe had to spill the beans on us!"
It was amazing that most people thought that Maya was the calm, reasonable one. Maya had a worse temper than I did but she kept hers hidden until she was alone. Then she blew up.
