I walked with Layla and Matt to the village square. Everyone was walking the same way with their family and loved ones with flowers and candles. There was a calmness in the crisp air as I walked. I took a look up the mountain at the pack house. I wonder how Danny is today. I am not sure what he and Charlie found out yesterday in his meetings but I hope he took my advice about keeping cool.
I feel so hurt for him that he has had to listen to lies and to someone he trusts that stole off him and threatened and killed some of his pack. The whole thing sends chills through me. How can people be so different behind your back, but then to your face pretend friendship and loyalty.
