I woke up slowly and realized that I was in bed. I must have fallen asleep last night. It was a long day and night but I feel good knowing we may have a step ahead of Jeff for now. I saw Charlie sleeping on the chair, Danny was no longer there. I rubbed my eyes and stretched as I saw Charlie now waking up.
"Good morning princess." He said, now smiling.
I looked at him and smiled.
"Morning, you really didn't have to stay last night" I said, feeling awful about how uncomfortable it must have been.
"Just wanted to make sure you were safe. Danny is placing warriors around the village and one is two houses down. There to keep you safe too", he said with a smile.
