I slowly wake up feeling like I have been hit by a bus. I open my eyes and see that I am in hospital, I can hear machines and as I open my eyes some more I see a nurse.
“Your awake princess Alexandra, I have just mindlinked alpha to let him know.” She said in a soft voice.
My mouth and lips felt so dry, but then I saw that I had a breathing mask on. A few minutes later, I saw Danny walk in and I smiled at him, taking my mask off.
“Hi” I breathed. My voice was not there. I think that's because my mouth was so dry.
“Hello Princess, how are you feeling?” He says, looking with concern.
“You have only been out for a couple of days, so nothing too drastic,” Danny said, looking back at me with a grin.
“Can I have some water please?” I asked him.
