It has been over a week since I have lived in the village, I have made some beautiful friends and I even managed to get a job in the cafe on the same street as Layla’s shop.
Things have been quiet. We have not seen anyone from the pack house which makes me, happier, just the odd warrior coming into the village and being vigilant.
I got ready as it was my second day at the cafe, I slipped my trainers on and opened my door to go out. I saw Charlie walking towards my door.
“Hey Charlie, I'm just heading to work?” I said as I locked the door.
“Well, let me walk you then.” He said with a nice smile.
Charlie seems like such a nice guy and he is handsome. I am not thinking about any kind of relationship, so I am trying not to give him mixed signals.
