I was walking down the lane with Charlie, wind in my hair and he was making me giggle. He is such a lovely man. I am happy to get to know him a little better.
As we started going further towards the village pub there was an awful smell. Then Charlie looked down at me with fear in his eyes.
“Alpha has just mindlinked to say rogues in the village.” He said, now looking around.
I turned to see three rogues walking towards us from behind, the stench was getting stronger.
Charlie grabbed my hand to run towards the pub but when we looked again, two more were walking up.
My heart started to beat faster. “Shift Charlie! I can defend myself but I need you to shift!” I said. My voice was full of panic.
