Why would Bella want me to let them go? That's not in my dictionary.
I wasn't planning to let go without losing at least two hands, or one of their legs, or anything. At least let one part of their body know they had met Don Lorenzo.
"I don't want to repay evil with evil," Bella replied.
"But you are not repaying them with evil, it's called revenge," I yelled.
Bella wiped up her tears.
Her eyes were red, and it hurt me to see her hurt.
I shouldn't have brought them here in the first place. I thought it would make her happy, not knowing it would throw her into episodes of sadness.
I don't want Bella to be sad, I rather should be sad than for her to be.
"Bella, they need to pay for what they did to you," I said, but she shook her head negatively.
