Seeing Bella was a relief for me.
I was expecting Ricardo to come since I'm sure the News of my arrest had circulated like wildfire. A Mafia Don arrest would make good headlines. Thankfully, James was able to stop the paparazzi from spreading crazy News.
The way Bella melted in my chest and her cries softened my heart and made everything less difficult for me.
For a minute, all my trouble was washed away by her presence, and I felt she was my soulmate.
Bella hold on tight to me, not willing to let me go. As if, if she let my hand slip, she is going to lose me.
"It's going to be fine, Bella," I muttered and she only beamed.
We signed some papers before heading to the car.
"Your phone, Don," James said and handed me my phone, which I'm not surprised to find
