Nathaniel was enjoying her laughter. It stirred some sort of sensations deep down his tummy. She was genuinely happy that it just seemed to radiate towards him. Evangeline noticed the way he was looking, scratch that, gawking at her and stopped laughing eventually.
'Why are you looking at me like that?', she asked being curious.
'You look your best when you're laughing like this. When you're happy. Keep laughing like this always!', he replied as if still being in a daze.
'I wish I could!', she voiced out, recalling all the recent events.
'Of course you would! Trust me!', Nathaniel said as took her hand in his grip.
'I'm just afraid of that Lucius. He's back and it's not good. I don't have a good feeling about it. He's a monster. A beast. He could do anything Nathaniel!
