Time passed by quickly and three weeks have gone. Jon goes out early in the morning to go out for a jog and a few other exercises before starting his day. In the evening after coming home from work, he just eats his dinner the goes right to bed. He learned that even when he doesn't sleep and instead just meditate to absorb more energy, he doesn't feel deprived of sleep and instead feels more refreshed. So instead of sleeping every night, he meditates until early morning and does the same routine.
This day, as the early morning shined in his window, he felt a snapping sound come out from inside his body. He felt like there were some sort of restrains in his body that suddenly broke and a soft, warm current gushed out from his heart area towards every part of his body. He then felt his pores suddenly relax and the slight pain from reaching its limit was suddenly gone. The same speed of absorption was now nothing to him. He felt that his pores could now take on more pressure before feeling any pain.
"Wow. What a great feeling." He said as he opened his eyes and he tried making a fist with both hands. He got the feeling that this time, his strength went up by at least three fold compared to the bits that he gets from meditating in these past three weeks.
After some thinking, he decided to forgo his morning exercises. He wanted to test his strength. So he went to a secluded lot near his apartment. This lot has been left open ever since he started living here and there never seems to be any plans for it, so he decided its a got spot try out some things.
It was way too early in the morning that there were hardly any people on the streets at this time and this was a secluded spot of the area, so he was very eager to start. First he tried jumping and to his surprise, he got to six feet high without any real effort. It was a huge difference compared to the previous three feet. What's more was that he noticed that he could control his landing a little bit as when he was a few inches from the ground, he floated slightly before landing steadily instead of falling down with a thud from the gravity.
"Nice! Grip power next." He mused to himself after landing.
He looked around and saw an old steel pipe in a corner and after thinking for a bit, he decided to use it for his test.
Standing in the middle of the empty lot, Jon was concentrating while holding an old steel pipe with some rusts here and there. He was holding it up front with both ends in each hands. After a few minutes of silence he let out a heavy sigh as there was no changes to the pipe even after using his full force.
"Forget it. Next up, punching power." He comforted himself as he went towards one part of the lot with some wooden fences placed. He went into a punching position as he concentrated on using his full strength for this punch. He let out some air as he simultaneously punched out towards a wooden fence. A sound of wood cracking was loudly heard in the lot which shocked him into standing straight and looked around him. When there were no new changes to the surroundings after a few minutes, he let out a breath of relief and turned his attention to the fence. He was elated that although the fence did not break, he could see a fist mark in its middle and it was sunk about almost a centimeter in.
"Wow. I could probably knock out a professional with that punch." He smugly said. "Now, what about running speed?" He suddenly added his lips forming a smirk.

In a secluded, mountainous area very far away from Blue city. There was a rural village with a population of a little over five hundred people. The majority consisted of elderly with about two hundred or more adults and the rest were children and teens.
*Thud!* A body fell in the middle of the street with its eyes wide open but there was no life that could be seen.
"Hah.. Refreshing! I think that one's the last." Eddie was currently holding a seed as he was absorbing it. Eddie's soul has changed by now, it was now showing a different color resembling a human's skin color. But it was still a little transparent. There was also now a black mist forming like a cloud covering his whole body.
Suddenly, the mist near his face changed shape into a black wolf's face that suddenly looked up and howled to the sky as a blast like ripple with Eddie in the middle spread out.
"Hahaha! You like that huh?" Eddie patted the wolf head as he laughingly asked. "But this one's the last in this place. Were gonna have to move after this one." He added.
As the seed in his hand was absorbed to it's last essence, he looked around. He closed his eyes and spread out his spiritual sense to cover the whole village. Sensing that there was no more movement in this place, he patted the wolf head again and said. "Time to go buddy."
The wolf head let out a howl to the sky again with the same ripple happening. Then they disappeared from the spot.

Almost two weeks since Eddie disappeared from the village. A leaping shadow suddenly dropped a little ways off from the spot where he was standing before. After landing, the shadow sped forwards and halted on the spot where Eddie vanished. As it stopped, It was revealed to be a woman wearing a red tracksuit with white stripes on both sides and her hair was tucked neatly on a red baseball cap two wisps of hair on hanging down on each side framing her face. She was wearing a golden bracelet with a dragon design and white traction shoes. If Eddie was here, he would recognize who she was. It was Ana. She has been tracking Eddie for almost three weeks now, following clues and leads, and more importantly, bodies.
She took out a compass like gadget and looked at it, then scanned at her surroundings. She then looked at the lifeless body in the middle of the street. She went down and reached out her hand to the body's back and a purple light flashed for a second.
"Dead. For more than a week, which means he has been here almost two weeks prior." She deduced. Bodies that has their seed taken out would only turn into a vegetative state, but it still wouldn't survive a few days without proper life support.
"I'm getting closer. But with this many victims, I'm starting to feel that very soon, I won't even be able to match him anymore." Ana mused to herself as she got up. "Faster! I have to catch up." Determination lit up in her eyes as she looked at the compass again.
After looking at a specific direction, she sped towards it and jumped. As she got to almost twenty feet high, she stepped down her right foot in the air. The right shoe seemed to glint in the sun as she was able to step on the air and she shot forward making her look like she was flying.

One more week passed. It has been exactly one month now since he was rid of possession. Jon was sitting in a meditating position in his bed as the early sunrise shined on his window. He opened his eyes and a bluish glint flashed in his eyes again, but this time it was a little bit more darker than the last.
"Hah. Really! People used to say that fortune comes with tragedy." He smiled sheepishly.
A few nights ago, he almost got mugged but because he was now stronger than a normal human, almost as strong as a boxer, and because the poor muggers were only using a knife and a metal pipe, they ended up looking like the ones who were mugged. The police officer in the station was looking at him weirdly as he handed the two muggers and recounted what happened. Good thing the muggers were too scared of him after getting beat up that they didn't even dare to lie in front of him or he would be the one accused of excessive beating.
"I have no work today, maybe I should continue meditating?" He thought to himself, but then heard his stomach grumbling again. "But I should eat first." He added as he went out for food.

"This is just in. A mass m******e happened in Torun village inside the mountain regions. The authorities reported that the cause of death of these villagers could not be determined. Let's listen to our correspondent on the scene."
"Thank you. As you can see, these bodies were seen collapsed around the village the moment they were discovered. Even the children were not spared from this event. Authorities claim that it might be a biological weapon that was tested here as there were no signs of wounds or lacerations that could be found on any of the bodies. It was theorized to be either a terrorist's attack or another government's unsanctioned test."
Jon didn't deem to listen to the other details of the report on the news as he looked at the pictures of the bodies' horrific ends that the station's producers didn't seem to mind showing the bodies to the public without any blurs as there were no grisly or bloody wounds on the victims' bodies.
"Those bodies looked the same with the ones reported weeks ago." He pondered while looking intently at the bodies' pictures.
"Seems like Ana's really having a bad time. I may have jinxed her before. Now I feel sorry for her. I wish I could help, but I don't even know if I can."
"I hope she catches that ghost quickly. The death toll is spiking up." He added.
"Maybe I should start learning how to defend myself properly so I won't beat someone else to an inch of his life." He mused to himself while smiling wryly as he remembered when he was "mugged".
He decided to look for a dojo or a gym after eating as he kept on pondering about the killings that his former possessor was piling up.

"Um.. Excuse me, I'd like to sign up." Jon said to a coach guiding two boxers in the ring. He decided to learn boxing as it seemed way less technical than martial arts that uses kicks and holds.
"Okay. Wait here I'll go get the papers." The coach said as he looked at him. Then went to the office.
He decided to watch the two boxers sparring in the ring. He couldn't help but notice that the boxers' punches were a little slow for him as he could see the origin and trajectory of their punches.
"Hey, wanna try?" He looked to the side as he saw the coach was already back and was looking at him.
"Sure." He replied, a little interested to know how he fares against a professional.
"Here. A pair of glove and a headgear. I'll help you put it on." The coach amiably replied. Then shouted to one of the boxers in the ring. "Max! You let this guy try out on the ring."
"Okay coach." One of the boxers readily replied.
He was getting nervous as he was helped by the coach to get ready.
