That was the only name in my head as I blinked into consciousness, face pressed to cold, damp concrete. I groaned, slowly rolling onto my back, my muscles screaming in protest as pain cracked through my skull.
What the hell happened?
Right. The party.
The chaos. The screaming. Father’s rage. Mother’s voice. Lily’s face.
