chapter 8Ayuan wasn't able to sleep properly the whole night, Ken deleted the phone number he was given by Wuxian in his phone, even the text messages and call history of Wuxian. Ayuan has no other way of communicating with his good friend Wuxian. He waited the whole night hoping that Wuxian will text him or call him but he didn't, Ayuan became very sad.

He slept early in the morning, his mother came in his son's room and saw him curled hugging his phone while sleeping. Xichen wondered why his son was sleeping alone, Ken came last night and said he will spend the night here.

Xichen woke his son, Ayuan yawned and sat up on the bed, he opened his eyes and yawned again, xichen realised that his son didn't sleep well.

"Baby what happened? You don't look so good where is Ken?"

"Mom I'm fine, Ken left last night" Ayuan answered while signing.

"Did you two fighting? "

Ayuan face saddened and he avoided his mother gaze, xichen immediately knew something is not right with his son.

"Babies tell mommy what happened?"

"Mom it's nothing I can manage, but I need to say sorry to my friend, he must be sad right now" Ayuan said sadly while looking at his phone, hoping maybe at least he could see his message, but everything is still the same.

Ayuan prepared himself and went to the university, since Wuxian told him that they will meet at the first year’s activity, then he will just tell him that he is sorry about last night, he didn't know that his boyfriend will say those mean words to him. Ayuan was excited, he just couldn't wait to see that handsome senior again.

Right now he has a total number of two seniors who are his friends, Ayuan arrived and scanned the place where they were to meet hoping to see Wuxian, but he didn't see him, but then he never gave hope, he might be late or caught up with something, he knows he will come.

Ayuan joined the first years and the seniors, the activities for the first day started, today they were to be taught how to plant trees then tomorrow they will be given a chance to plant trees and flowers around the university. Ayuan was the centre of attraction, everyone wanted to be in his group, lastly the seniors had to let Ayuan join the seniors group.

Ayuan returned home, and the whole day he was at the university, he didn't see Wuxian, this continued for a whole week, Wuxian didn't text him or call him, and also he hasn't seen at the university.

Ayuan decided to ask shenbijun if by any chance she has seen Wuxian or maybe heard from him, right now he's worried and wasn't sure if something has happened to his good friend Wuxian.

Ken was overprotective right now, he checks Ayuan phone frequently, and monitors him with everything he does and Ayuan didn't like any of this, he wonders where his good boyfriend he once dated gone to, because the one he's with now is completely changed and obsessive and controlling his life, the only place he will have some peace is at the university.

"Big sister, I want to ask you something?" Ayuan asked shenbijun.

"Sure you can ask me anything?" Shenbijun answered while pinching Ayuan cheeks.

"I..I wanted to ask you where the senior who gave him the note went to?"

"Oh you mean Wuxian, well his father called and said his son will not be coming to the university for few days" shenbijun answered.

"Well do you know the reason, why he isn't coming?"

"Hey Ayuan, don't tell me you miss him already, but he gave you his private number, you must know better" shenbijun said, this made Ayuan face to become sad again, he really wished that he has his phone number then he couldn't be stressed and worried right now.

"A-actually I my phone details got erased by mistake, and I had to change my number too" Ayuan lied while avoiding shenbijun gaze.

Ayuan returned home with a heavy heart, he really missed Wuxian so much, he wondered why Wuxian dad called and said Wuxian will not be going to school. How he wished he asked him his house address then he could have gone to see him.

"Daddy, when are you going to release me, let me go!" Wuxian shouted at his daddy while frowning.

"I will let you go when you promise not to hurt anyone even Ayuan, because I heard you swearing to teach him a lesson"

"That brat decided to betray me and love someone else, I decided to act nicely and even said sorry the way mommy told me, but did you see what I got in return, he gave his phone to his f*****g boyfriend to insult me! You know what daddy I must teach that bastard Ayuan a lesson I swear he will be the first one to suffer when I get the hell out of here!" Wuxian shouted while struggling to break free from the chair he was tied.

Wang Yibo shook his head and closed the room where his son was tied with chains, he will not let this devil go out especially when his husband Xiao Zhan commanded him not to release his son until he has calmed down, but this is the start of second week and his son is still angry.
