I could not believe he was chosen by the moon goddess to be my mate.
Within his blood-red eyes, I could see he too was surprised.
Simultaneously we walked, approaching each other, without any clothes on our backs. An uncontrollable smile appeared on my face as I got closer to him. His face was grave as usual.

My eyes opened by a throbbing pain in my head and I realized I was unconscious. I jumped up and discovered I was in a cage being carried by two men. I spun around and behind me, I saw two large grey wolves following the men carrying me. My eyes widened seeing they were members of The Grey Pack. I was in deep trouble.
"Our rogue has awakened," spoke one of the wolves behind me.
"No," I cried out. "Please let me go," I began to plead for my life.
