Benjamin looked around the room and noticed that Elijah was out cold and that there were two dead rogues in the room, he told one of the pack warriors that was with him to carry Elijah whilst he picked up Ellanna to carry them out of the house. As they exited the house Benjamin and the warrior carrying Elijah made their way over to where the packs had met before the rescue mission had started, Benjamin proceeded to mind-link Charles “Alpha we have Ellanna and her brother, they’re both out cold Ellanna fainted when we got to her not sure what happened with her brother. What do want us to do?” Charles responded immediately “get them back to the pack house. Make sure that Ellanna’s brother has you and a guard with him at all times, we don’t know whether he’s friend or foe yet.” Benjamin was frustrated that he was now on babysitting duty but proceeded to ask “any news on Angie or Lucie?” Charles replied “Yeah, we’ve got them and headed out with them now. Meet you back home” with that Charles cut the link and Benjamin proceeded to get both Ellanna and Elijah into one of the cars with two of the pack warriors and started to drive back to their territory. When Benjamin pulled up at the pack house Gideon and Theodore were stood at the door waiting for them, Theodore said for both Ellanna and Elijah to be sent to the pack hospital. After the doctor had examined both of them Gideon and Theodore were waiting outside the rooms that both Ellanna and Elijah were in, the doctor looked at Theodore and said “Alpha both patients are going to be fine. The young man should wake soon, it seems as though someone had one heck of a left hook but other than a sore jaw he doesn’t seem to have any other injuries. Ellanna on the other hand has been through hell and back from the looks of things, she has multiple wounds over her arms and legs and torso that seem to have been inflicted with a variety of silver implements. She will heal although due to the silver she may be scarred too, that’s the physical damage at least until she wakes up we won’t know the extent of the mental damage.” Benjamin had joined both Theodore and Gideon by this point when Gideon looked at the doctor and asked “do you have any idea when she might wake up? Can I sit in the room with her?” the doctor looked at Gideon and shook her head before saying “without knowing exactly what she was doing before she passed out or what caused it only time will tell. Sure having someone familiar might help her wake sooner” the doctor then left them to attend to others that had been wounded during the fight. Theodore looked at Benjamin and said “so what was the situation when you found them” Benjamin straightened his shoulders, took a breath and said “Alpha when we arrived at the room that Ellanna told us she was in her brother was unconscious on the floor, there were two dead rogues on the other side of the room and Ellanna was stood near her brother conscious. She managed to identify her brother before she collapsed unconscious herself. We then proceeded to exit the building with them and took them to where we had convened before we made our assault on the building and Alpha Charles instructed us to bring them here. He also said that one warrior plus myself should remain with Ellanna’s brother as we don’t know if he is friend or foe. Alpha Charles and the others should be on his way back with Angelica and Lucinda” Theodore nodded and said “ok so we have no idea what caused her to pass out. Stay with her brother and see what he says when he wakes, any suspicious behaviour and take him to a cell until we can decide the route forward. Any issues let one of us know” Benjamin nodded and said “yes Alpha” Theodore then proceeded to make his way back to the pack house. Charles, Lucifer and Xavier arrived back shortly after with Lucinda and Angelica and went straight to the pack hospital for the doctor to examine the girls. The doctor gave them the all clear and informed them that they needed to rest but they could do that at their homes instead of the infirmary, they also needed to have a decent meal so Charles and Lucifer took their sisters to the Crescent Moon pack house to get them fed and to speak to Theodore whilst Xavier went to find Ellanna’s room to see how she was. Xavier spotted Benjamin in the hallway and decided to head in that direction he had realised that Angelica wasn’t his mate but between the blood and antiseptic smell he couldn’t smell Ellanna’s scent so he asked Benjamin “which room is Ells in? Any news on how they’re doing?” Benjamin sighed in relief to see his friend and pointed towards the room next to the one he was guarding and relayed the information that the doctor had said regarding both Ellanna and Elijah, Xavier nodded in understanding and said “it does make you wonder about Ells brother, do you know if Ells can have visitors?” Benjamin replied “Gamma is in with her now, I’m kinda hoping I don’t have to babysit for long, hopefully he’ll wake soon and we can find out what his story is” Xavier then proceeded to knock on the door to Ellanna’s room and waited for Gideon to tell him to enter. As soon as the door opened Xavier was hit with the sweet scent of apple and cinnamon making him pretty sure that Ellanna is in fact his mate but until he could look her in the eyes he couldn’t be definitely sure, Gideon spoke to him quietly bringing him out of his daze and thoughts “Xavier what can I do for you?” Xavier looked at him and said “how is she? Have they said when she might wake up?” Gideon could see the genuine concern written on Xavier’s face and said “they don’t know, nobody knows what caused her to pass out either. The physical wounds have started to heal but because it was silver it will take a while and she might have scarring from it too. Are you here just for an update for your sisters or have you narrowed down your search that you told me about?” Xavier looked at Gideon and said “I think I’ve figured it out but need to make sure, do you mind if I stay in here with here? Gideon took a moment and said “it wouldn’t hurt, I have some pack business that needs to be attended to so you can sit here is you like although if there’s any change let me know” Gideon then stood up and left Xavier alone with Ellanna, as he left the room he turned around and saw Xavier sat next to Ellanna holding her hand and just before he closed the door behind him he heard Xavier say “come on Ells please wake up.”
