Charles and Lucifer were just finishing their calls when Xavier came out of his fathers office, Lucifer then asked “so Xav what aren’t you telling us?” Charles then added “yeah Xav we’re meant to be a team so what are you hiding?” Xavier paused and then said trying not to sound desperate “ok, so yes there’s something I’ve been hiding but I didn’t want to say anything until I knew for sure. When we were in the cafeteria earlier I smelt my mate, I don’t know who is is for sure but I managed to narrow it down to either Ellanna or Angelica so I need to find the girls, I need to find my mate.” Lucifer and Charles were shocked when Xavier revealed what he had been keeping from them then Lucifer said “you could have told us sooner rather than keeping that weight on your shoulders. Didn’t you trust us enough to tell us?” Xavier could sense the slight hurt in Lucifer’s words and said “It’s not that I don’t trust you guys it’s just… I wanted to find out which one it is before I said anything to anyone” Charles hadn’t said anything at this point but both Xavier and Lucifer could feel the anger radiating from him, he took a breath and then walked away before he hit Xavier for keeping that from him. After he had calmed down he went back to where Xavier and Lucifer were and said “sorry guys I just needed to calm down, Xav you should have told me that my sister might be your mate. I know you wanted to figure it out but both of them are from my pack.” what Charles didn’t reveal is that he had a huge crush on Ellanna and he was hoping that she would be his mate especially since his father had told him that Ellanna was special but hadn’t said why. Xavier felt bad about not having told the guys earlier but still figured that it was his choice when he told them and that they shouldn’t be upset that he had kept it from them but said “sorry, as I said though I just wanted to figure out which of the girls is my mate before telling anyone. Now can we get back to finding the girls rather than arguing about me not having told you who my mate might be?” Lucifer looked up and said “yes I think we should get back to finding the girls” the guys got back to the task at hand to find the girls and started to make the 5 groups of 6 to scout the areas they had found on the map. It would take the groups a couple of hours before they would reach their locations so Xavier, Charles and Lucifer as they had been awake for at least 36 hours decided that they should have a power nap to help recover some strength.

The girls they remained silent as they heard the footsteps getting closer and soon hopefully they’d know who had kidnapped them, whomever the footsteps belonged to was almost at the door to Angelica’s cell and soon they heard a slight clang of a metal dish being placed down and slid across the floor, then the same at Lucinda’s cell and then Ellanna’s cell the hatch was fully opened and a metal dish with a chicken leg and a small bread roll was put inside her cell although the person who did it was tall and definitely male he was quite tall wearing dark jeans with dark coloured shoes and a dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, it was clear he didn’t want to be recognised. Ellanna decided she would be brave and see if she could get some answers and asked “who are you and why have you taken us?” and just as her dish was slid over to her all she heard before the hatch was closed was “welcome home princess” then the cells went dark as the hatch was closed. Ellanna then shouted “hey, come back… what do you mean?” and all the girls heard was a laugh echoing down the corridor followed by “you’ll know soon enough” and with that the footsteps were gone and the girls were left again with each others company. Lucinda was the first to break the silence by asking “well that was strange… Ells what do you think he meant by what he said?” Ellanna thought about it then in almost a whisper said “no… we can’t be… why?… umm… girls I think we are in the dungeons of the Waning Moon pack house.” Lucinda and Angelica gasped and then Lucinda said “how can you be sure?” Ellanna calmly said “I’m not completely sure if we are but that was the pack I was originally from and lived with until I was 8” all Lucinda said back was “oh” Angelica chose to remain silent, then the girls were in silence once again as they looked over the food they had just been given. It wasn’t much but it would keep them going and they wouldn’t starve. The main question they were all thinking was how were they going to get out. After the girls had finished eating they still couldn’t sense their wolves and they didn’t really feel like talking so they stayed in silence and tried to rest as they knew that if they had the chance to run or escape then they would need all the energy they could get.

 The boys had been waiting for three hours to hear from their scouting parties for information and nothing had come through yet as it was drawing close to three and a half hours the first scout party mind-linked through stating that there was nothing there then four more of the parties came through with the same response, the only party left to hear from was the one that had gone to scout out the old Waning Moon pack house but still there was nothing. When it had got to five hours they finally heard back as Xavier had a mind-link saying, “Alpha… I think they’re here” Xavier replied “have you seen them?”the reply he got was “no Alpha but there’s about a hundred rogues here and I overheard a couple of them talking about some pretty girls in the dungeons” Xavier wanted to try and be sure so he asked “did they say how many girls they have?” the response was almost immediately “they said something on the lines of “the princess and her friends are really beautiful, pity one of them is mated to the Alpha Rogue even if he only wants her for a quick f**k not and then. At least the pups bore from them should be good, not sure about that princess though she doesn’t seem like a wolf but I get a hard on just remembering how pretty she is” Alpha how do you want us to proceed?” Xavier said back with the anger he was feeling coming through his link “stay there and monitor them at a distance we will be there as soon as we can and then we get the girls back” Xavier then asked Lucifer and Charles “did you guys get the information about the girls?” both Charles and Lucifer nodded and then Charles said “lets get everyone over there and get the girls back” and with that they mind-linked their packs to start their rescue mission.
