Joanna's POV
I was sitting in my room when one of the maids came rushing in. She was not the one I was used to.
"What happened to the other maid?" I asked her. I could not remember the name of the previous maid.
"Ooh, she was taken by one of the soldiers." She said as she continued to look through my wardrobe for the clothes I was going to wear for the evening.
"Taken by the soldiers?" I asked.
"Yes. Some soldiers and the rogue alpha came here and started causing chaos. You didn't hear anything?" She looked at me surprise written all over her face.
