Julian’s POV
We arrived at the square at dusk. Theo was with me. The pack omega had stayed back to take care of things. The messenger was also with me, the female one had remained back in case of any news. I knew that Asher might have gotten wind of this meeting and might try to do something like attacking the pack. The rest of the pack members could fight for themselves, under normal circumstances, but this was not a normal circumstance. Our enemy was using magic and it gave him an upper hand, so everybody had to be careful. I had given Donnie, my omega clear instructions; he was to reach out through the link if anything happened.
We used the link in case we wanted to pass across something that was in-house or needed quick reaction. Ophelia was not yet part of the link. She had asked to
