Julian’s POV It was almost three o’clock in the evening when I went back to check on Ephraim. I had been very troubled that I had not managed to check on the things that I had wanted to. There was a fence that needed mending; the walls had started coming down and I wanted it fixed before the next day midday. The builders were ready; they were just waiting for a go ahead from me.
