The easy kitchen work is replaced with washing clothes

The days of having everything done for me is over as I can feel what hard work is all about. When I was doing the kitchen work I was ecstatic and even gardening is one of the delightful pursuits of my life.

I thought washing dishes was the pits but it definitely doesn't compare with washing clothes. I was given that job to do when I irritated Lady Winters because she wasn't used to having a eager 'helpfull' clumsy menace like me around. After two prized bowls ended up in the trash because I was carrying it and I swear it accidentally fell I was permanently out of favor with my dear Lady Winters. In fact she screamed at the top of her lungs out, out and beat me with the hard broom.

Well that's that then as far as possible as she could send me was where I went to the river to wash clothes by hand.

There was no reprieve oh no not my Lady Winters she's a dear woman but not with me. I got her anger side up and it's not looking good right now for me as the workload keeps growing and I am washing more and more.

The upside is I was outside at the river when the new Madam the Queen that just married my betrothed was linning everyone up to check for me I suppose and I was out doing washing of clothes. Everyone forgot about me as they were so busy worrying about the new Queen Awful as they called her.
