the new Queen

Getting to know your enemy's weaknesses. Those were the thoughts that kept milling through my mind . I have to find a way back into the kitchen work or something in the big house as being outside isn't going to help me much with my plan. My plan is to find out if the Queen has accomplices if I find out what is going on I might have a chance to stop her from executing any evil plans she might have in mind.

I am back in the passage going into the kitchen and that is when a skinny cook comes from the kitchen and grabs me by the hand . "There you are what are you doing here ,can't you be on time." I went with her and just like that I am back in the thick of things In my favorite place, the kitchen!!

I know I have to keep my eyes open for Lady Winters as she's got beady eyes that can see everything in her vicinity. She's like a eagle that swoops down on you and being the head cook she calls the shots. I am once again faced with trying to do the best I can . This time it's to blend in . I am really in luck as lady Winters is feeling ill and she is under s lot of pressure to get well. I am sorry for her but also glad as she would have seen it's me and then tell me to Get OUT!!

I do have the tendency to get up the wrong way with some people. I have been told that I am a pest and not wanted as I tend to be a bit clumsy.

It has to be the fact that I could get anything I wanted and everything was always done without question. I heard a lot of yes your highness all the time.

It's now time for that plan I have to go into the Queen's room and take her food to her that she has ordered this morning.

As I have a large cooking hat on its not that easy to see who I am. I also put my scarf around my face and hope they won't notice that I am so very terrified right now but I have to do this is only the first step. I hope it won't be the last.!!!

I will be going up the stairs with a tray of food I don't think anyone actually knows what a terrible klutz I am and that is when part of the food tray falls, off and I am happy and glad that I am able to save a large portion of the food that remains on the tray. I am finally fished the food together and rearranged the leftovers. I really suck at this delivery job. I am finally getting to the door as they explained where I have to go from downstairs..

She came out of the room and I caught sight of the prince as he was laying on the bed. I got the biggest shock of my life as I saw the most beautiful man I had ever seen. Dark black hair and the most gorgeous blue eyes locked with mine and he was frowning when he saw me . I didn't touch him but it felt as if a spark of lightning had bolted me just looking at him. This was the most disturbing encounter I ever had with someone and not even touching them.
