GABRIELLE POV
Gabrielle barely slept a wink. As soon as the first light of dawn peeked through her curtains, she slipped out of bed, careful not to wake Leo. She quickly showered, her mind racing with the results from the previous day. Carlos was already waiting in the car, and Gabrielle wasted no time heading straight to the doctor's office.
“It was positive. You asked for a pregnancy test, and it was positive,” Gabbie blurted out, as she burst into the doctor's room without even knocking on the door, her anxiety palpable.
“Good morning to you too. Please have a seat,” the doctor looked up, momentarily surprised.
“I don't want to sit. I need to know… what are the chances that this test is wrong?” Gabbie said as she remained standing in front of him, her posture standing rigid.
