After a dinner shrouded in silence, Gabbie retreated to her room, losing herself on her phone until she dozed off. In the dim early morning hours, she stirred awake to pee, finding Leo still asleep beside her.
When morning fully broke, Leo had already slipped away. Gabbie swiftly went about her morning routine, brushing her teeth, throwing on cozy water, and taming her hair before heading downstairs.
The house was quiet, but breakfast awaited her, and soon Carlos, their trusty aide, appeared like clockwork.
“Good morning, Ma'am. Mr. Leo had a morning meeting today but left me at your service for any errands,” Carlos informed Gabbie with a respectful nod.
