Chapter 12

Charlie's P.O.V

I wasn't sure if 'more to come later' meant going all the way with Tanner or not but I figured it was better safe than sorry. When we got back to the hotel I decided I wanted to venture off on my own and run to the store to grab a few necessities for the potential events to come tonight. 

"I'm just going to go run a few errands" I told Tanner as he questioned where I wanted to run off to. 

"Errands for what?" he had a confused look on his face and Ryder snickered making Tanner shoot a look at him. 

"Just, I'll be back, why don't you boys go to the pool and I'll join when I get back" I told him before kissing his cheek and scurrying out of the door with a 'I'll be back'. I made my way down and out of the hotel doors, on to the sidewalk. It was a lovely day out, the sun shining and barely any clouds in the sky. It was nice to actually take a walk by myself. Not that I don't enjoy Tanner's or any of my other friends company. It's just peaceful and refreshing to have a moment alone. 

It took me about ten minutes to get to the store and I began my shopping with some beverages. I picked up Tanner's favorite drink, Fanta, and my favorite A&W root beer.  I started to make my way to the personal hygiene area when a voice called my name.

"Charlie, we meet again" Harrison said as I turned to face him.

"Harrison" I replied monotonously. 

"Why do you got to be like that?" he asked stepping closer to me "You're acting like you hate me". I don't hate him, it's just weird being around him. After we started hooking up, he became almost obsessed with me. Texting and calling nonstop, even though I had told him I didn't want a relationship right from the beginning. I had to stop it once he kept asking if we could be more. 

"I just don't think it's a good idea for me to be around you" I told him stepping away from him. He frowned and inched closer, bringing a hand up and brushing some of my hair behind my ear. I cringed and subtly moved away from his hand.

"Is it because you still have feelings for me?" he asked and I sighed in annoyance.

"Harrison, I have already told you that I never wanted a relationship with you. It was no strings attached, so no I didn't and don't have feelings for you" I said sternly and he rolled his eyes.

"You're in denial baby" he purred making me gag internally.

"Ew, never call me that again. I have a boyfriend and I'd like it if you'd leave me alone" I said about to step away but he caught my arm in a tight grip. 

"Come on, we had a good time together. Right?  We could make something real out of it now" he said as he brought his other hand to caress my cheek. I started to freak out since he is a bigger and stronger than me.

"No, leave me alone Harrison" I said through gritted teeth and anger flashed in his eyes.

"Don't be a tease, Charlie" 

"I'm telling you to leave me alone, how is that being a tease?! Jeesh, I knew you were crazy but I didn't think you were this psychotic" I spat at him.

"Only crazy for you sweets" he said before he grabbed the back of my neck and pulling me toward him. I fought against his hand, pushing backwards "Just give me a kiss and you'll see what you've been missing" he said while struggling to pull me. 

"He said to leave him alone" a familiar voice said from around the corner of the aisle. I glanced to where the voice was to see Dakota appear from around the corner.

"And who are you?" Harrison asked in annoyance. The distraction let me free myself from his attempt of a kiss but he didn't let go of my arm, only tightened it and I hissed in pain.

"A friend of his and his boyfriend, now let him go" Dakota growled.

"What are you going to do about it smalls?" Harrison laughed.

"Call the cops on your psycho ass" he replied whipping out his phone. Harrison groaned and released my arm. 

"Whatever, I'll see you later baby" he blew me a kiss before he sauntered away. I shivered in disgust and rubbed my arm where he had grasped it.

"You okay?" Dakota asked while coming closer to me.

"Yeah, I'm good....Thank you" I said softly

"It's no problem, that's what friends are for" he said with a small smile and I beamed at him

"So, we're cool?" I asked hesitantly.

"Yeah, we're cool" he said and gave me a fist bump "Although you should probably get a restraining order on that lunatic" he added and I nodded.

"He was a bit stalkerish when we were messing around, but I didn't think he was like this" I replied while gesturing my hands in circles. 

"Does he know what college you're going to go to?" he asked me as we began walking through the store.

"I don't think so, I'd hope not" I said but then remembered he is Maverick's cousin. I would have to talk to Maverick to see if he ever talked about me like that. I sighed and rubbed my face. "Why are you here alone? I thought you guys were supposed to be at the movies by now" I commented when I checked the time on my phone. 

"The other three are waiting outside, I ran in for snacks" he shrugged "I'm glad I did though, granted it would've been good to have Damon or Sebastian come in instead since they would've matched up to him in case something further happened" he said as I stopped us by the douches. He raised an eyebrow at me and I slightly blushed in response.

"I came to get stuff in case something happens tonight" I admitted as I looked at the different ones available. 

"Figured" he chuckled while motioning his hands to the items I was inspecting "Are you getting a different room or are you kicking Matt and Ryder out?" he asked me as I picked two out. In case Tanner and I both wanted to bottom, or just in case for next time. I like to be prepared. I also picked out a new cologne I've been wanting to try, so I hope Tanner enjoys it.

"Uhhh, I honestly haven't thought that far yet" I told him "He just kind of sprung some passion on me after skydiving" I scratched the back of my neck as we ventured to the candy aisle. 

"You guys went skydiving?! Awesome, I'll have to see if the boys want to do that" he said as he scanned the shelves.

"Good luck trying to get Jace to do that with how much he complains about heights" I laughed and Dakota also gave a short chuckle.

"Touché" he said and picked out some gummy worms, milk duds and reese's pieces. We walked up to the check out and we both paid for our items before exiting the store. 

"Hey, Charlie!" Jace waved at me as we walked toward them.

"Hey" I replied with a wave back "Well you guys have a good time at the movies! I'm going to head back to the hotel" I said and gave Dakota a half hug "Thank you again" I whispered.

"No big deal Charlie, as long as your safe" he replied back to me before I gave a final wave to the confused boys and back tracked to the hotel. 

On my way back, I had decided to get a different room for Tanner and I because it would be rude to kick Matt and Ryder out. They would have nowhere else to go. So I quickly booked another room which happened to be on a different floor. I got a text from Tanner, saying they did in fact go to the pool so I quickly made my way up to the shared room and grabbed both mine and Tanner's stuff before going down to the room I just got for us. I placed our bags on the floor by the bed and got my swim trunks out to change into before heading down to the pool. 

I instantly spotted the three rough housing in the water and I quickly kicked my sandals off and cannon balled right next to them. I surfaced and whipped my head back and forth, spraying them with the droplets of water.

"I'm back" I beamed and they started splashing me with water. "Hey, hey what's what for" I said as I tried guarding my face from the water attack.

"You almost landed on us" Tanner retorted.

"Pfft, did not" I waved him off.

"Got what you needed?" Ryder asked wiggling his eyebrows and I smirked.

"Yep" I said with a pop of the 'p'. "Now who wants to throw the ball?" I asked as I grabbed the football floating by us.

After an hour or two in the pool, we decided it was time to get out. Once in the elevator Matt clicked the floor of the shared room while I clicked the other one. Tanner gave me a questioning look and I just smiled in return. The elevator dinged and I looped my arm through his as I dragged him out of the elevator.

"Have fun" Ryder sang as the doors closed.

"Mind telling me what is going on?" Tanner asked and I rolled my eyes. Men can be so dense at times. 

"You'll see" I replied and then stopped in front of the door before opening it. "Voila" I said and ushered him into the room. I used some of the candles Tanner had bought from the cabin and placed them on the night stand by the bed. I could tell Tanner was slowly putting the the puzzle pieces together as he looked around the room. I decided then and there that I would bottom tonight, if it went that far. Tanner is new to the whole gay s*x thing so I would rather wait a different time to prep him and everything. I grabbed my duffel bag and scurried into the bathroom. 

"I'm going to take a shower quick"

"Let me take one with you" he said while walking toward me.

"No, no...just wait in here and take one after" I replied softly. He nodded and I shut the door before getting to business. I turned on the water in the shower and grabbed out the douche from the duffel bag. The process is so tedious but you gotta do whatcha gotta do. After finishing with the cleaning, I cleaned my body up and washed my hair. I turned off the water and dried myself with the towel before pulling on some fresh boxers. I grabbed my stuff and went back out to the room to see Tanner laying on the bed.

"Ugh, off off you're getting chlorine all over the comforter!" I exclaimed and he shot up from the bed.

"Jeez, sorry" he muttered and I sighed.

"Just go take a shower quick" I ordered him and kissed his cheek. He obeyed by grabbing a pair of boxers from his bag before disappearing into the bathroom. I hustled around the room lighting the tealight candles as I heard the shower running. Placed a bottle of lube on the bed. Turned off the lights so only the soft glow of the candles illuminated the room and then spritzed myself with the new cologne I bought before presenting myself on the bed, waiting for him to walk out of the bathroom. 

A couple minutes later, I heard the shower shut off. My heart started to pound in my chest as it came closer to him coming out. Why am I so nervous? I'm not a virgin or anything. Maybe because you are about to make love with the love of your life rather than f*****g a stranger, a voice in my head said to me and I nodded my head in agreement.

"Are you okay?" Tanner's voice came and I focused again, realizing I didn't hear him come out of the door. I probably looked like a weirdo just nodding to myself.

"Mhmm" I replied and sat up, beckoning him to come to me with open arms. He came toward me and I gazed at his beautiful damp body. Water droplets trickling down from his hair on to his chest and cascading down his abs. I licked my lips and looked up at him as he stood before me. I could hear him inhale deeply before exhaling slowly.

"You smell nice" he commented while placing his hands on my shoulders.

"Do you like it?" I asked him, biting my lip, I'm hoping in a seductive way. 

"Yeah, I do" he replied while his fingers played with the ends of my hair "What's the occasion?" he asked and I blushed. Maybe he didn't puzzle it together. I mentally facepalmed.

"You said more to come later" I mumbled while averting my eyes to his abs "Now, is later" I said in sultry tone while placing my hands on his hips. I let my thumbs play with the waistband of his boxers. 

"I'm nervous" he finally said and I looked back up at him.

"Of what?" 

"I've only done anal once with Beth...and it was a shitty situation, if you catch my drift" he said and I cringed. Way to ruin a mood Tanner. I sighed and pulled his hands so he sat next to me. 

"For one, she probably didn't clean herself" I shuttered "And two, you don't have to bottom tonight. I kind of already decided I was....If we were to" I said quietly while gazing into his gorgeous brown eyes. 

"Okay" he softly said as he fingers played with mine.

"Okay?" I asked with a small smile and he nodded. I happily cupped the back of his neck with my hand and brought his lips to mine in a sweet and loving kiss. I felt his hands place themselves on my sides as I deepened the kiss by swiping my tongue across his bottom lip. He parted his lips slightly, his tongue meeting my own and they fought for dominance as I pushed him on his back. I climbed over him to straddle his waist as we continued our fight. 

Eventually he let me win, my tongue dove into his mouth, exploring everywhere. I pulled back so I could capture his bottom lip with my teeth, gently grazing it while I grinded our lower halves together. A moan from both of us escaped our lips as I trailed kisses down his neck. I spent some time licking, nipping and sucking so he'd have a matching dark mark on his neck before I peppered kisses down his chest. "I know, but we are showering together this time" he replied

"Fine with me" I beamed at him before pecking his lips. I untangled my legs and arms from him as he pulled out of me. He got up and offered a hand to me, which I took happily and got up with him. I felt his seed ooze and start to drip out of me. I scrunched my nose at the feeling before he turned to head towards the bathroom. I observed his back and it was so red and I could see some scratch marks. 

"Sorry" I muttered sheepishly as I lightly grazed my marks on him. he turned back to me with a smirk.

"It's okay, I liked it" he said before kissing me quickly and pulling me into the bathroom to shower.
