  SERAPHINA’S POV   The same dark car was waiting in the parking lot where it had dropped me off earlier, idling beneath the streetlight.   I assumed my Nightfang driver had returned, efficient and unobtrusive enough that I could slide into the backseat and spend the drive home sorting through the heavy conversation I’d just had.
