"Julian?" Celeste asked in surprise.
Julian smiled as he stepped toward her.
"It's been such a long time since I last saw you."
Celeste returned his smile.
"Yeah, it has."
Julian glanced around before pointing toward the almost empty waiting area.
"Can we sit over there for a while?" he asked.
Celeste looked at the waiting area before her eyes drifted back to the elevator she had just been about to enter. She didn't want to miss Damien, but she knew it would be rude to reject Julian outright.
"Alright, but just for a minute."
Julian smiled and nodded in understanding. Together, they walked over to the waiting area and sat down. Celeste deliberately left a small distance between them. She didn't want Damien to misunderstand if he happened to walk by.
