Evelyn quickly got dressed and headed out of the Ashford mansion. She got into her car and drove straight to the Blackwood mansion.
When she arrived, security immediately opened the gates for her. She was slightly surprised they didn't ask for any identification before allowing her in.
She drove through the gates and parked near the entrance. The moment she stepped out of the car, Vincent walked over to welcome her.
"Welcome, Miss Ashford. Mr. Blackwood is waiting for you inside."
Evelyn gave a slight bow, feeling a little awkward being welcomed so formally.
