Chapter 9

Blakes pov

I went over my plan and they all agreed with what needed to happen Taylor left the office with tears in her eyes, it took everything I had not to go after her. But it was for the best it would only make this situation much more harder. I kept going over the plan in my head I needed everything to go right to ensure the safe return of my sister. My anger started to boil over again images flashing through my head of what they might be doing to her, but I had to push them down I needed my head to clear to go through with what we needed to do. I left my office and headed straight to the woods I had to let my wolf out for a run or I was going to lose my mind. I'd spent all night and most of the morning running when I returned my mother was waiting for me with hot steaming cup of coffee, just what I needed. I grabbed the coffee and began drinking it "are you sure about this plan" she asked with a saddened voice "I'm sure mother it's the only way to ensure Ava get back safely" I tried to reassure her, she just nodded and sighed "you should go and spend some time Taylor before you go, the sweet girl has been through so much I can't imagine how she is feeling" she said looking at me full of hope "mom please, you know this is already hard enough" I sighed "I'm going to go sort a few more things before we leave" I said quickly leaving the kitchen.

I'd brought the car round to the front of the house and waited as my mother, father and Taylor climbed in. Taylor was sat in the back and I looked at her through the mirror, she looked completely closed off no emotion showing as she just sat And looked out the window. I began the short drive to the edge of the boarder where the exchange was to happen. We arrived and I put the truck in park and we all exited the car, Taylor kept her head down, god I hated seeing her like this but there was no other way. Calvin was already stood waiting with a crazy grin on his face " I'm glad we managed to come to deal Blake" he said "where's my sister" I demanded and he opened the door to his black SUV and dragged my sister out she was gaged and cuts and bruises to her face. the Bastard. I will kill him for this but I had to keep my cool "and how's my little freak you ready to have some fun " he shouted over to Taylor I clenched my hands in fist string to keep my anger under control. "Are we doing the swap or are we going to stand here talking all night" I replied trying to sound bored, Calvin looked towards Ava and nodded his head to her and she began walking toward us. Taylor lifted her head high looking strong and began walking towards Calvin everything was going to plan it was nearly time as Taylor closed the gap between herself and my sister she went to grab her like we had planned but then Calvin shouted "don't bother you all have a red dot on your heads, take one move and your all dead. Do think I'd believe you would just hand her over so willing" he said and began cackling like a hyena. I looked panicked at Taylor who seemed calm and she mouthed "I'll be ok" and a lone tear escaped her but she quickly wiped it away as Calvin walked up behind her throwing his arm over her shoulders and pulled her closer to him, he looked down at her and took a long sniff of her hair "ow I've missed you freak best be getting back we have a lot of fun to catch up on" he said and licked the side of her face Taylor's face remain straight she'd completely closed herself off s**t I just wanted to run to her but I was no good to her dead. Calvin turned towards the black SUV. Taylor quickly mouthed "I love you" as she turned and followed Calvin shutting the door behind them and the sped off. The red dots also disappeared from us. all I felt was rage I'd let her down, I'd put her in I the hands of that cruel monster my father must sense my rage coming over to me "son we knew this was a possibility that's why we also have a plan B remember she said she could do this trust her she's strong, stronger then you give her credit for, now you need to keep your cool and stay focused. Wait to hear from Danny" my dad said he always knew how to calm me down and he was right we need to stick to plan B. I will get her back if it's the last thing I do and I'll kill anyone who gets in my way.
