DEVIS POV

Well I and James were on our bikes we were headed towards James place. When I first saw her Adair I was just thinking how someone can look so beautiful.  She is so beautiful and so innocent. I kind of like her. We didn't talk much but her smile her laugh when James ate that cupcake and after seeing his expression when she was laughing at him she was looking so full of life her laugh can make anyone smile she was so positive. She can make anyone smile with her presence. When we were alone I knew she was trying to make conversation but what should I do I was busy listening her. After she was fed up of my silence she just started apologizing as she thought that she was the reason I am not talking but the reason was that I was busy listening her. I just love the way she talk, the way she laugh it felt like I should listen her all day. I was very upset as because of us she was sneezing. She told James that she has sinus but he thought that she was making excuses. When she was leaving and for the last time she turns back and I felt sorry and I am hoping that we would meet again and we can be in a relationship also. After we reach James place we went to his room. At first I was little nervous upon asking him about Adair.

“James I would like to ask you something?” I asked.

“Yeah Devis ask whatever you want to ask.” he said.

“I want to know more about Adair.” I said.

“Devis she is off limits to you. I won't allow you to fool with her. She is like my sister and I know you and plus she is also in a relationship and they are serious. Please Devis just stay away from her if you hurt her in anyways Julia will kill both of us.” he said.

I was in a little shock from his reaction I know he is a love sick puppy for Julia and care about her and her friend but he knows me well as he knows how I am with other girls so I understand if I mess with Adair his relationship with Julia will also get affected but the thing that catch my attention was her being in a serious relationship.

“Ok James I will stay away from her. Now chill dude.” I said.

After sometime I went to my place and after dinner I was just scrolling on i********: and thinking about her. I don’t know what was happening but I just can’t stop thinking. Then I got an idea. I opened James profile and checked his friendliest and started searching for Adair there. I was just curious to know more about her I know James warned me but come on at least I can see her profile. I found her profile but it was private. I can't see their profile but I can see that she has many followers and I and have a beautiful profile picture in that she was wearing something black. After a lot of thinking I send her the friend request in hope that she would accept it. I will take care of James.

ADAIR POV

I wake up in the morning got freshen up and went to have my breakfast only to get a little surprise. “Good morning Adair.” Dad greeted me.

“Good morning dad.” I greeted back.

“Well I have something to tell you.” he said.

“am I going to the party?” I asked in a hope that he will allow.

“No it’s not that. Well I am planning to visit your grandfather we all are going and so are you.” he said.

“Ok fine but when are we going and for how many days.” I asked.

“We will be leaving this Sunday and we will stay there for fifteen days.” he said.

“But dad what about my college and why are we going for such a long time.” I asked.

“As your grandfather is sick and we are going to take care of him and it will be a kind of a family vacation too.” he said.

“Ok fine I will manage everything in my college.” I said

I think it is for the best after my breakup with Jake I need some time and a change of surrounding will help me a lot.

After breakfast I called Julia.

“Hey Julia what’s up. Are you still mad at James?” I asked.

“Hey Adair and yes I am still mad at him and how you now.” she asked.

“Yeah I am fine but dad didn't let me go to the party because of yesterday.” I said.

“Yeah he is a jerk. Let me call him.” she said it while calling him but he didn't pick.

“He is not picking. He will call later.” she said.

“Well Julia I wanted to tell you something.” I said.

“Yeah but first let me guess. Is it about Jake because I am having this feeling he did something again.” she said.

“Well you are right. At night he message me that he was busy with his collage work that why he didn't call me back but after sometime Talia posted some pictures of her with him in a water park. I just got angry and broke up with him.” I told everything.

“I know he called me after you blocked him from everywhere but he didn't tell me why you were upset now.  Now I know. You did the right thing. Are you fine?” she asked.

“Yeah I am fine. I am going to visit my grandpa for fifteen days.” I said.

“That's great. It will be a great change for you. When are you leaving?” she asked.

“On Sunday as dad told me.” I said.

“Hey James is calling me. Let me combine the call.” Julia said.

“Hey Julia how are you babe. You called me. Sorry I was busy.” James said.

“Hey James and I am still mad at you for your kind information.” Julia said.

“Hey James and I am also here.” I said.

“Hey Adair you are also here. How are you feeling now and are you also not for giving me as I don't think that Julia is going to forgive me ever.” he said.

“Yeah I will never forgive you.” she said.

“But Julia you also did the prank with those cupcakes I didn't say anything and now you are still mad at me because of my colour prank. Well that's not fair.” James said.

“Stop fighting guys please. You both forgive each other. Well James I have to ask you something.” I said.

“Yeah Adair what do you want to ask. He asked.

“Well your friend whom I met yesterday Davis send me the friend request should I accept it or leave it. I mean should I talk to him.” I asked.

“Yeah no problem he is such a nice person you can accept his friend request but just talk nothing more than that otherwise he is the nicest person you will ever meet.” he said.

“Well that's great Adair you became available and all the boys started hitting.” she joked.

“What when did this happen? What happened to Jake? Did he do something again?” he asked.

Then Julia told him everything.

“How dare he hurt you like this?” James was now angry.

“James I don't want any fuss about it so calm down. I am fine and free now. Well you guys continue I have to go and do some packing as I am leaving on Sunday and it is in two days.” I said.

“Where are you now going.” He asked.

“Well Julia will tell you I am busy.” I said and with that I cut the call.

I opened my i********: and accepted Devis request and then closed my phone put it aside and started packing. After sometime my phone flashed. I checked my phone someone messaged me on i********: and it was Davis. He sends me a text which said ‘hi’. I also send a ‘hi’ but my mom called me and I left my phone and went to her.

When I returned I saw he didn’t message me anything else so I also didn't messaged anything and I started my packing.
