Katherine couldn't contain her happiness as the time to get off work gradually approached.
When the time finally came, she quickly gathered her stuff into her bag and bid the others goodbye as she fled the room, shocking her surprised colleagues. She headed for the garage where Rock picked her up.
"Why do you look so surprised?" Rock asked, noticing the way Katherine kept staring bewilderedly at him. It was obvious that she had something in mind, but for unknown reasons, she preferred to keep quiet. But her curious gaze gave her out.
