Katherine swallowed nervously, clenching her hands silently as the atmosphere plummeted, and she could feel cold sweat dripping down her back.
She suddenly felt confused and lost as her twitching gaze met that of Rose's cold one. It was as if Rose was recalling some bad memories, judging from the way her brows would furrow from time to time. Her hand tightened on the glass in her hand, it was as if the glass had done something bad to her and she wanted to crush it.
